Document Purpose

This document explains exactly what must be set up before Barkat Cattle Farm runs any paid ads. Follow the steps in the exact order written. Do not skip steps. Do not rearrange the order. Do not start ads before this file is fully completed.

1. What Must Be Achieved

By the end of this file, Barkat Cattle Farm must have:

Do not start with Ads Manager first. Do not start with payment first. Do not run ads before WhatsApp is connected.

Use this exact text wherever a short description is needed. Do not rewrite it during setup. Use the same text everywhere.

Part A — Prepare the Login, Email & Device

4. Use One Main Business Email

Create one email that will be used for Instagram sign-up, Meta notifications, and Google account setup later.

Exact Rule

Use one email only for now. Do not create multiple different emails for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and payment. Use a clean email like barkatcattlefarm@gmail.com

5. Use One Main Owner Facebook Profile

Use one real owner Facebook profile — not a fake business profile, not a random staff profile, not a borrowed account.

6. Use One Main Phone for WhatsApp Business

The same phone should be used for WhatsApp Business setup, code verification, and daily lead handling at launch. Do not keep changing phones during setup.

7. Use Desktop for Meta Setup

Use desktop for Meta setup, phone for WhatsApp Business. This is the cleanest setup method.

Part B — Create the Facebook Page

8. Create the Page

  1. Log into the owner's real Facebook account
  2. Open Facebook and click Menu
  3. Click Pages, then click Create
  4. Continue into the Page creation flow

9. Set the Page Name

Barkat Cattle Farm

Do not add: emojis, "official", "Multan", "Pakistan", or extra marketing words. Keep the Page name exact and clean.

10. Choose the Page Category

Choose the most relevant farm or livestock-related business category available (farm, cattle farm, livestock farm, agriculture/farm). Do not choose unrelated categories for reach.

11. Add the Page Bio

"Direct farm sale of quality cattle from Multan. Transparent weighted pricing. Free delivery across Pakistan. Hosting till Eid available."

Do not shorten it. Do not add emojis. Do not write a new one.

12–13. Profile Photo & Cover Photo

Profile Photo

Use the business logo, or a clean text logo with the name "Barkat Cattle Farm", or a very clean farm-brand image.

Not: random animal photo, blurry image, cropped screenshot, cluttered design.

Cover Photo

A clean wide image showing the farm, animals, cleanliness, and a professional feel.

Not: collage-style clutter, low-quality image, text-heavy design.

14. Set the Page Username

First choice: barkatcattlefarm — if unavailable: barkat.cattle.farm. Do not use usernames with unnecessary numbers.

Part C — Create the Instagram Account

16–22. Instagram Setup

Username

First choice: barkatcattlefarm — if unavailable: barkat.cattle.farm. No numbers, no random symbols, no city names unless absolutely necessary.

Profile Photo

Same profile image as Facebook. Facebook and Instagram must look connected — same name, same brand image, same trust feel.

Convert to professional/business account. Keep the account public — do not leave it as a casual personal profile and do not keep it private.

Part D — Create the Meta Business Portfolio

  1. Open business.facebook.com
  2. Log in with the owner's Facebook profile
  3. Find the option to create a business portfolio and start the flow

Portfolio Name

Use: Barkat Cattle Farm. Do not add unnecessary extra admins, random partners, or extra user roles at this stage. Owner remains primary admin.

Part E — Add Facebook Page & Instagram to Business Portfolio

Inside business settings: add the Barkat Facebook Page, confirm owner has full access. Then add the Barkat Instagram account under Accounts → Instagram accounts.

Before moving on: confirm both the Facebook Page and Instagram account appear inside the business setup and are under the correct portfolio.

Part F — Connect Instagram to Facebook

Use Meta Business Suite or the Facebook Page settings and connect the Barkat Instagram account to the Barkat Facebook Page. Make sure the correct handles are shown and there are no error messages. Do not continue if the linkage is unstable.

Part G — Create the Ad Account

  1. Open Meta Business Suite or Business Settings
  2. Go to the area for Ad accounts and click Create ad account
  3. Set the name: Barkat Cattle Farm Ads
  4. Choose the correct business timezone and intended spending currency carefully — do not rush this step
  5. Confirm owner has full access before continuing

Part H — Add the Payment Method

  1. Open Meta Business Suite → Settings → Billing and payments → Payment methods
  2. Click Add and enter a stable, reliable payment method under owner control
  3. Confirm no warning appears, the method is saved, and the account is ready to spend

Do not use a weak or temporary card if possible. Do not move on until this is complete.

Part J — Add WhatsApp to Meta Business Suite

  1. Open Meta Business Suite → Settings → Accounts → WhatsApp accounts
  2. Click Add and add the Barkat WhatsApp Business account
  3. Complete the verification process
  4. Confirm correct number, correct business name, and owner can access it

Part K — Connect the Facebook Page to WhatsApp

  1. Open the Barkat Facebook Page settings
  2. Find the WhatsApp connection section
  3. Add or connect the Barkat WhatsApp number and complete code verification if requested
  4. Confirm the Page shows the correct WhatsApp number and test messages can be received

Do not move to ads until this works.

Part L — Create the Basic Reservation Process

Simple Internal Reservation Rule — Use This First Version

  1. Lead selects an animal
  2. Business shares full details
  3. Buyer confirms
  4. Token is taken if reservation is agreed
  5. Animal is marked reserved
  6. Hosting and delivery are explained clearly

Do not build a complicated process yet. The detailed wording is in Document 5 — WhatsApp SOP.
