CASE 1 — Lead sends only "price?" or similar

Do not repeat the same question. Move directly to: confirm fit → send relevant options.

Use calls only when: lead is clearly serious and wants quicker closure, lead wants to visit, lead is close to reservation, a short call can close faster, or buyer clearly prefers direct talk.

Do not call without context unless the lead clearly invited it.
Push a visit only when the lead is qualified, budget fit exists, and they are in or near Multan or willing to travel.

After they share timing, reply: "Noted. We will confirm the visit timing and guide you further." Then label the chat: Visit Planned
Reservation Rule
A lead is NOT reserved just because they say "I like this", "hold it", or "I may take it". An animal becomes reserved only after the exact animal is confirmed, Barkat agrees to hold it, and the token/confirmation step is completed.
"To reserve an animal, we first confirm the exact animal and final details. After that, the reservation confirmation and token step will be shared. Once completed, the animal will be marked reserved for you."
After reservation is confirmed: change label to Reserved, explain hosting and delivery timing clearly. Message: "Your selected animal has now been marked reserved. We will stay in touch with you regarding hosting and delivery timing."
